All authorized volunteers are required to periodically inspect access points to the field and surrounding areas such as gates, bleachers, etc. for damage / disrepair.  If defects are identified they must be corrected or reported to a BMP board member in a reasonable time frame.  During games and practices dugout and bench area are restricted to coaches, players and authorized individuals only,  siblings and small children should not be permitted access unless acting as a bat boy and wearing appropriate head gear such as an approved batting helmet.
